Please read these terms to get more information about ordering products from our online shop. Placing an order means that you have accepted the terms.

products

All our products are individuals. For example color of the birch ply has got variations. Also hand made finishing makes its own mark. Products on the pictures are models - not the ones on sale. Nevertheless we sell only the best to our customers! Our products are always packed in their own carton boxes. From there you can find all basic information about the product. prices The prices include shipping and Finnish VAT (24%).

shipping

Products will be shipped as soon as possible. We ship normally daily. Somedays we have rush at our workshop, then shipping will be latest within two business days from order.

PUSU - bag clip and KAPU - Coffee scoop and bag closer will be sent as letter. In Finland the letter will arrive in few days. In other European countries it might take about a week.

SOLA - Coffee filter holder will be sent as post package inside Finland and as 1. class big letter to other EU countries. You will get note for picking up the product as an textmessage or letter from Post office. In Finland package will arrive in about 3 days. In other European countries it should arrive in a week.

We ship products to all EU countries. If you are from somewhere else, please look for the nearest retailer. You can also contact us. We can try to plan together shipping (+ toll and taxes) the most easiest way.

paying

Products will be paid when placing an order. Accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard. You can also use Finnish bank codes (Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Osuuspankki, LähiTapiola, S-Pankki).

HILE aims to answer to you every weekday. We mainly work at our wood workshop in Teurastamo. This means we are not all the time connected but will get back to you as soon as possible.

returns

We really hope that you are happy with your new HILE - product. If you still want to return the product (because of some damage for example) please contact us. Customers have right to exchange or return the product within 14 days of delivery.

TOIMITUSEHDOT

Lue nämä ehdot saadaksesi tietoa tuotteiden tilaamisesta verkkokaupastamme. Tilaaminen tarkoittaa, että olet hyväksynyt ehdot.

tuotteet

Tuotteemme ovat kaikki yksilöitä. Muun muassa koivuviilun väri vaihtelee ja käsin viimeistely tuo tuotteisiin oman jälkensä. Myyntikuvassa oleva kappale ei ole itse myytävä tuote vaan mallikappale. Myymme kuitenkin asiakkaillemme aina vain parasta! Tuotteet on pakattu kartonkisiin myyntipakkauksiin, joista löytyy käyttöohjeet sekä perustietoa.

hinnat

Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät Suomen arvonlisäveron 24 % sekä postituskulut.

toimitus

Lähetämme tilauksen mahdollisimman pian. Normaalisti postitamme tuotteet tilausta seuraavana arkipäivänä. Toisinaan verstaalla on kova kiire, jolloin postitus lähtee parin arkipäivän sisään.

KAPU - kahvimitta ja pussinsulkija sekä PUSU - pussinsulkija postitetaan kirjeenä. Suomessa kirje saapuu perille muutamassa päivässä. Muualle Eurooppaan kirje saapuu noin viikossa.

SOLA - suodatinpussiteline postitetaan Suomessa postipakettina ja muualle Eurooppaan 1. luokan maksikirjeenä. Saat noutoilmoituksen tekstiviestinä tai postitse kotiisi. Suomessa paketti saapuu perille noin 3 päivässä. Muualle Eurooppaan se saapuu viikon sisään.

Myymme HILE - tuotteita kaikkiin EU-maihin. Jos olet kiinnostunut tuotteistamme EU:n ulkopuolella, tarkistathan lähimmän mahdollisen jälleenmyyjän. Voit myös olla meihin yhteydessä, niin koitetaan järjestää toimitus (+ tullaus ja verot) mahdollisimman vaivattomasti yhdessä.

maksaminen

Tuotteet maksetaan tilauksen yhteydessä. Verkkokaupassamme voit maksaa Visa ja MasterCard korteilla sekä pankkitunnuksilla (Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Osuuspankki, LähiTapiola, S-Pankki). Verkkokauppamme rahaliikenteestä huolehtii Holvi Payment Services Oy joka on Finanssivalvonnalle rekisteröity maksupalveluiden tarjoaja.

HILE pyrkii vastaamaan mahdollisimman nopeasti kyselyihin kaikkina arkipäivinä. Koska teemme töitä pääasiassa verstaallamme Helsingin Teurastamolla sähköposteihin ja puheluihin vastaamisessa saattaa olla pientä viivettä.

palautukset

Toivomme että olet tyytyväinen uuteen HILE - tuotteeseesi. Jos kuitenkin tahdot palauttaa tuotteen esimerkiksi kuljetuksessa tulleen vian vuoksi, olethan meihin yhteydessä. Tuotteilla on Suomen kuluttajasuojalain mukainen 14 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Tuote on palautettava käyttämättömänä ja alkuperäisessä pakkauksessaan.
