No. Opening a business account with Holvi is completely free. You won’t be charged any setup or opening fees to get started. We only start billing your chosen plan’s subscription or transaction fees once your account and business identity are fully verified.
Yes. If you’re on a monthly subscription, you can upgrade or downgrade your Holvi pricing plan at any time directly from your account settings.
If you choose a yearly subscription, you commit to a 12-month period. During the 12-month period, you can only upgrade to a higher-tier annual plan (for instance, moving from Lite Annual to Pro Annual). You won’t be able to downgrade your plan or switch back to monthly billing until your current 12-month period comes to an end.
