Briox
Transfer your data to Briox with ease
Transfer your Holvi transactions and receipts automatically to Brio for bookkeeping.
Once Holvi-Briox integration is turned on, your Holvi transactions are downloaded automatically into Briox, in the Bank section.
As an accounting partner, you can activate the integration together with your client, since you need the business owner’s username and password.
Here’s how to set up the Briox integration
Set up the integration by following the steps below.
- In Briox, go to Settings > Accounting > Bank and payments and set up the online payment feature for Holvi.
- Click Add payment method.
- A pop-up window opens where you can create a payment method and a payment routine. Note: Setting up these items is mandatory.
- Click Activate Holvi.
- Activation takes you to the Holvi login page, where you enter your login details.
NOTE: If you are an accountant activating the integration, you must enter the business owner’s username and password to confirm the integration. - After logging in, you are asked to give Briox access to your Holvi account. Approve the access by clicking Allow.
- Once authorisation is granted, you are redirected back to your Briox account and receive a confirmation from Briox that your Holvi account is connected. You can also see that your Holvi payment method has been set up.
Your transactions are imported automatically every day. You can find them under Bank > Account statement or under Bank process > Transactions.
To make sure you don’t miss any cancelled payments, we always look 40 days back. Your first online import therefore brings in all transactions from the past 40 days, because cancelled payments can be imported retroactively.
Note: If you have already used file import, you will get duplicate transactions because the file import and the online method have no shared duplicate check.
Transactions can be deleted under Transaction handling by clicking the X in the top right corner of the transaction. They can’t be deleted under Account statement, where you can simply leave them unreconciled, because they are reconciled according to the payment method created for the Holvi file import.
