FAQs – Holvi online invoicing

No, we don’t charge fees on invoices.* Unlimited invoicing and e-invoicing is included in Holvi Pro.

*We draw the line at 500 e-invoices per month in Holvi Pro. After this, there’s a €0.50 charge per e-invoice. (That’s 16.66 e-invoices per day, every day. So far no one has come close to this limit.) See our Fair use policy.

You bet! Looks matter, and our layouts are thoughtfully designed with an eye for clarity and completeness – so you get paid fast. You can add your logo, payment terms and notes to your client. Oh, and don’t forget attachments.

No – for the time, invoices that you create in Holvi cannot be synced into DATEV or Lexware Office. No worries though, we’re already working on expanding our offer to include this.

Currently, you still need to manually import your Holvi invoices into DATEV or Lexware Office.

As an alternative, you can also use the invoicing feature in DATEV or Lexware Office (for example DATEV Unternehmen Online).
